Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and ours. When you book an appointment, that slot is exclusively reserved for you.
* Advance Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the chance to accommodate other clients in that slot.
* Service Commitment: Once you've booked a specific service, we reserve that time and resources especially for you. If you arrive at your scheduled appointment and choose not to proceed with one or more of the booked services, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the entire scheduled appointment. To make any changes to your services, please provide notice of at least 24 hours so we can adjust our schedule and potentially accommodate other guests.
* Credit Card Hold: To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file. Rest assured, you'll only be charged if the cancellation policy isn't adhered to.
* Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show up, your credit card will be charged the full amount for the service you'd scheduled. We genuinely dislike charging for services not rendered, so we appreciate your understanding and timely communication.
* Punctuality: Arriving more than 15 minutes late might mean we can't provide the scheduled service, and it will be treated as a no-show. Likewise, our commitment is to always be punctual. However, on the rare occasion we might be running over fifteen minutes behind, it's only right to make it up to you. As a token of our appreciation for your understanding, we'd be delighted to offer you one of our special add-on treatments, on the house. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing us.
* First-Time Clients: If it's your first visit, please allocate extra time for parking and locating our salon to ensure a smooth experience.
