Cancellation & Appointment Policy
We value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and the time booked is based on the services selected at the time of scheduling.
Any changes to your booked services must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you choose not to proceed with one or more services upon arrival, the full cost of the reserved appointment may still apply, as that time was held specifically for you and may not be able to be filled.
A card is required to secure your appointment and will only be charged if our cancellation policy is not met.
Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. When we have enough notice, we may be able to offer the appointment to someone on our waitlist and waive the cancellation fee.
Punctuality
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show or may result in part of the service being shortened or removed from the appointment however the service charge will still apply
If we are ever running more than 15 minutes behind, we will offer you a complimentary add-on treatment at your next visit.
First-Time Clients: Please allow extra time for parking and locating our salon.
No Extra Guests Policy
Due to limited space and safety regulations, we cannot accommodate extra guests, including children, unless they are receiving a service. This helps ensure a relaxing, focused environment for all clients and staff.

Color Service Waiver
I understand that chemical/color services can have varying results based on my hair’s condition, history, and maintenance. I acknowledge that results may differ from inspiration photos and may require multiple sessions to achieve. I release Studio Linea and its stylists from responsibility for undesired results or damage due to pre-existing conditions or failure to follow recommended aftercare. No refunds will be issued for color services; adjustments may be offered at the salon’s discretion within 7 days of the original appointment.

Photo Release
I grant permission to Studio Linea LLC and its representatives to use photographs or videos taken of me and/or my hair for marketing, advertising, social media, education, and other promotional purposes, in any format, without restriction on duration. I understand I will not receive compensation for this use, and no personal identifying information will be shared without my written consent.
